We are just off the A59 Poppleton Road in the Holgate area of York. www.poppletonroadhall.org.uk  Our Hall was rebuilt in 1990, and since that time we have made gradual improvements to the building and facilities, as volunteer time and grants permit. we currently have two rooms for hire, with a third in the offing.

We’ve recently joined a York Community Centres Network which is a forum for Halls like ours in York, to exchange ideas and information. City of York Council have kindly brokered the scheme. There’s a Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/groups/361076047417429/

Our Hall and other Community venues in York have recently been offered a free hook up to the City’s new superfast broadband, which is good news for prospective hirers
