This weekend saw something new in Pocklington. A Christmas Market with a difference. It was all around the centre and proved to be a massive hit. YO1 Radio were there both days with the YO1 Roadshow - live acts and music plus hosting throughout! I was there on the Saturday and had a fantastic time. Other Christmas Markets should look at this one! You could move as there was plenty of room - even though there was over 70 stalls, it was well spread out. There was so much variation for every pocket and events happening along with live music. What more could you want? Food! Plenty! Ski Bar! Yup! A Giant Snow Globe that you can go in! Check! Santa? Of Course!
Everyone was singing, smiling, chatting and having a great time in a brilliant set up and gorgeous town! From Babies and above this was for young and old - and the many dogs I said Hello to! (I was in my element)
I hope and cross my fingers they do it again next year :-)
