Would you like to receive practical tips and guidance to help you better support the mental health of your colleagues and those around you?

We know that this is a challenging time for many people, and York Mind want to help.

In a recent survey conducted by Mind, findings show that during the pandemic and lockdown, new mental health problems have developed and existing mental health problems have worsened.

This is why we’d like to invite you (or your organisation) to take part in York Mind’s Mind Your Mates 2020 campaign.

The campaign is free to join, and takes place between 10th September – 10th October 2020.

During the campaign, participants who have registered will receive a series of shareable resources every week directly to their inbox, including:

Weekly Newsletter

(covering Spotting The Signs, Supporting Someone Else, Getting The Right Support, Keeping Well and Keeping In Touch)

Activity Sheet

(including suggestions for group activities to complement the Newsletter)

Social media assets

You are encouraged to share & circulate the resources with colleagues, family and friends.

They are designed to help you learn more about supporting the mental health of those around you.

By joining the campaign, you can outwardly show your support and commitment to better mental wellbeing for all.

To find out more and register for free, simply pop your details in the form here: https://www.yorkmind.org.uk/mindyourmates/

Once you’re registered, we’ll be in touch before the campaign starts to make sure you’re all set up and ready to go.
