North Yorkshire Police have issued CCTV of a man they would like to speak to following an incident of fraud in the York area.
It happened in York City Centre on Thursday 15 December 2022 at around 5pm.
Officers are asking members of the public to get in touch if they recognise the man in the images, as they believe he may have information that will help the investigation.
