Consumers crown Benenden Health as UK’s ‘Best Private Healthcare Provider’.

The healthcare provider won both its award nominations at this year’s Moneyfacts awards.

Affordable private healthcare provider Benenden Health has won ‘Private Healthcare Provider of the Year’ and ‘Best Claims Service’ at this year’s Moneyfactscompare.co.uk awards.

With an 880,000 strong membership, Benenden Health covers more consumer lives than any other private healthcare provider in the country*, bolstering its position as the UK’s leading affordable healthcare provider.

Over 200,000 people voted in the survey between October and November 2024. The consumers who voted for Benenden Health noted its services, claim management, and ongoing customer service as reasons for winning ‘Private Healthcare Provider of the Year’. The not-for-profit, low-cost provider beat Aviva UK Health, AXA Health, Bupa, Freedom Health, General & Medical, National Friendly, Saga, The Exeter, Vitality Health, Westfield Health and WPA in this category.

For its ‘Best Claims Service’ win, consumers praised Benenden Health for its claim management and customer service.

Both awards align with Benenden Health’s Trustpilot score of 4.6, which is higher than all its top competitors in the market. Benenden Health members are impartially invited to share a review on Trustpilot following the use of services such as its 24/7 GP Helpline and Physiotherapy.

The Moneyfactscompare.co.uk awards celebrate providers that offer the best products and services across family, household, and personal finances. The awards are voted on by consumers, combining customer feedback with products Moneyfacts’ expert impartial analysis deems to be the best.
