As part of Make It York’s commitment to improving access for residents and visitors, we are working in partnership with St Sampson's Centre and City of York Council to deliver a 'Quiet Oasis' during the York Christmas Market.  

Just moments from the city's festive celebrations, this accessible space offers a relaxing environment, complete with a cosy café and facilities to recharge. Perfect for those seeking a break during the excitement of the season, St Sampson’s Centre is here to enhance visitors’ festive experience. 

Furthermore, St Sampson's Centre is in the perfect location to provide an accessible space and next to the accessible toilet and Changing Places facilities on Silver Street.
