Appeal after motorbike stolen in York

North Yorkshire police are appealing for information about the theft of a motorbike in York.

It happened at around 2am on Saturday (30 November), on Sutherland Street, and involved a Yamaha motorbike being taken from the victim’s home address.

The bike was recovered in a nearby alleyway.

The police are particularly appealing for information about a group of males seen acting suspiciously in the area at the time.

The police are also appealing for anyone who may captured the incident on CCTV.
