CCTV appeal following cycle theft in York

Police have issued CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to following a theft in York City centre.

It happened on St Andrew gate, between 5pm and 8pm on 11 September 2023 when a locked, black coloured, ‘Chilpern’, vintage style cycle was stolen.

Officers are asking members of the public to get in touch if they recognise the person in the image as they believe they will have information that will help the investigation.
