North Yorkshire Police have issued this CCTV of a man they would like to speak to, following a theft in Bellerby Court, York.
It happened between 1.45pm and 2.10pm on Thursday 27 June outside Hungate Community Centre.
Several locks on two electric bicycles were cut in an attempt to steal the bicycles however no cycles were taken. A Bosch operating screen from one of the cycles was stolen.
Please contact the police if you recognise the man pictured on CCTV, as he may have information that will assist our investigation.
