Investigation a public order incident by the police in York

North Yorkshire Police has issued a CCTV image of a man they need to speak to in connection with a public order incident in York city centre.

It happened on High Ousegate at 1pm on Tuesday 12 September 2023 and involved a member of the public being verbally abused in the street.

Officers are asking members of the public to get in touch if they recognise the man in the CCTV image.

Anyone with any information is asked to email richard.tempest@northyorkshire.police.uk or call North Yorkshire Police on 101, select option 2, and ask for Richard Tempest.
