The Met Office has issued parts of North Yorkshire with a yellow weather warning for snow and ice over the next few days.

  The former TK Maxx site, which fronts onto Coney Street and Market Street, comes with a £5.5 million price tag – and is thought to be one of the most expensive properties marketed in York this year.
