York council has spent more money on road maintenance - but repaired fewer potholes - over the last three financial years, figures reveal.

  The former TK Maxx site, which fronts onto Coney Street and Market Street, comes with a £5.5 million price tag – and is thought to be one of the most expensive properties marketed in York this year.
