
The extended offering starts on Friday May 2 and will be available on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 6pm to 9pm. Evening dining is available both to walk in customers and by reservation.
Diners at the York and Harrogate tea rooms are promised an extra dash of after-hours elegance from a pianist performing live classical covers of popular contemporary music.
Bettys says new dishes are designed with social dining and sharing in mind.
Sharing Plates, including Yorkshire charcuterie and burrata and tapenade, pair the finest local produce with an expertly chosen selection of wines and a new French 75 cocktail "is inspired by the glamour and sparkle of the 1920s."
Diners will also find some Bettys signature dishes available including a selection of its popular starters, main courses and desserts.
The sharing plates cost £24.95 and are enough for two, a Yorkshire smoked salmon pate starter costs £10.95.
Among the mains, Chicken Schnitzel is £20.95, a Betty’s Burger is £17.95, and haddock, chips and peas is £20.75.
And among the desserts are lemon torte and berries for £9.75, swiss chocolate torte and ice cream £9.75 and Bettys fruit sundae £9.95.
