New boys Conor Fitzsimmons and Josh Daley were on the scoresheet in the game, with Henderson describing them as a genuine threat after the game.

The prop joins from Castleford Tigers, the club he rejoined after being released by Leeds Rhinos at the end of the last campaign.
York Knights utility back Myles Harrison is remaining at the club for a further year
Harrison came through at Heworth ARLFC before signing a professional deal with York in 2021.
York Valkyrie have signed Izzy Brennan and Evie Sexton on two year deals
Both players made their Women’s Super League debuts last year after time playing with the Under 19’s and they’ve been rewarded with their first contracts.
