A fifteen year old schoolboy from Strensall has won gold in a kickboxing world championships.
Bradley Headington took up the sport aged seven in 2014, when he was attacked by a group of young teenagers.

He recently entered five categories at the WKA World Championships, and took home four gold medals. Bradley’s achievement is only amplified by the fact that he struggles with dyslexia and dyscalculia, and has eighty percent hearing loss in his left ear.

He plans to continue his kickboxing journey, as well as planning to start coaching the sport very soon.
