Joe Law joins the Knights on loan until the end of the 2024 season

The 20-year-old joins York from Wakefield Trinity as a centre in the team who won the 2024 AB Sundeck's1895 Cup at Wembley.

Joe started his rugby journey with Stanley Rangers in 2011, moving to Oulton Rangers in 2014. Joe joined the Wakefield Trinity Scholarship team in 2018 and played for them for two years before progressing to the Wakefield Trinity Academy team in 2020. 

He moved to the Wakefield Trinity First team in 2022 and made his match debut on 11th June 2023 against Leeds Rhinos. Joe’s career highlights so far include his Super League debut and captaining the Outwood Grange rugby team for the Australia Rugby Tour, where he achieved the Most Valuable Player award. Joe also scored a full-length try in his first time ever playing centre against Leeds under 19s as a 17-year-old.
