Tadcaster Albion secured an important point last night against Consett in the Northern Premier League East, as the sides played out a 0-0 draw.
The result has seen last placed Taddy close the gap between themselves and nineteenth placed Carlton Town, with eight points now separating the two sides. However, survival in the league remains a challenge for the Brewers, as they prepare to take on fifteenth placed Lincoln United on Saturday, a side who have won two of their last three.
