The weather in York has got the better of local sport this weekend, with several matches being postponed due frozen pitches.

Both Tadcaster Albion and Selby Town’s fixtures were cancelled for that reason and are yet to be rescheduled, whilst York City’s FA Trophy clash with Blyth Spartans has been rescheduled for tomorrow evening at 7.45pm.

The weather in York has got the better of local sport this weekend, with several matches being postponed due frozen pitches.

Both Tadcaster Albion and Selby Town’s fixtures were cancelled for that reason and are yet to be rescheduled, whilst York City’s FA Trophy clash with Blyth Spartans has been rescheduled for tomorrow evening at 7.45pm.

The Minstermen will be looking to progress in the cup against the Spartans, who are struggling at the bottom of the National League North, a league below City.
