The 20-year old joined the club last season from Hull KR, and went on to make 12 appearances across the course of the season, with four of those in the starting line up.
He made his debut in the AB Sundecks 1895 Cup win against Newcastle Thunder in the opening game of the year, scoring a try in the 144-10 win.
Reynolds also made two appearances for dual registration partners, Newcastle Thunder in their League 1 campaign.
Head coach, Mark Applegarth said: "Harvey Reynolds is a player that excites me.
"He’s a very quiet lad away from rugby but get him on the field and he lets his actions do the talking.
"He’s a young kid finding his feet and I think he’s got a big future ahead of him. I’m delighted he’s at York for 2025."
