OCAY is a small local charity who work to help people over the age of 50 by:

  • Providing information and support through our free and independent advocacy service .
  • Helping people to have a voice in the issues that concern them.

“We help people with benefits, housing, pensions and consumer issues, amongst other things.

We want to let people know that we are still open and working from home to provide our advocacy service during the COVID-19 Pandemic. We are able to provide support over the phone and by post.

We have stayed open throughout all of the lockdown period and we have had some really positive feedback from clients, who have been using our telephone service. We have supported 91 clients, during the lockdown period, so far.”
