TERMS & CONDITIONS – EDEN CAMP FAMILY TICKET

This special voucher code offer is for a FAMILY TICKET, comprising 2 adults and up to 2 children. The normal retail price for this ticket is £45. Tickets for additional persons may be purchased at the time you redeem your voucher code online.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT YOU WILL NEED TO REDEEM YOUR VOUCHER CODE ONLINE BEFORE YOU VISIT.  See below for further information.

YOUR VOUCHER CODE WILL APPEAR ON YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND ON YOUR INVOICE. IT CAN ALSO BE ACCESSED THROUGH YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT

Please note the following terms and conditions relating to your Eden Camp Ticket

  • Vouchers codes are valid for redemption from 1st April 2022 to 30th September 2022
  • Voucher codes can only be redeemed against this specified ticket and MUST be redeemed online to be valid.
  • No physical vouchers are issued – the CODE you need will appear on your invoice.
  • To redeem your voucher head to edencamp.digitickets.co.uk, select the family ticket (2+2) and select your chosen date. Once at checkout, enter your voucher code into the Discount Code box where prompted. Please note there is £1 booking fee when booking your visit.
  • Eden Camp will is open to visitors from April 1st 2022 7 days a week from 10am until 5pm. Last admissions are at 4pm.
  • All tickets are non-refundable once you have made your booking with Eden Camp. Voucher code refunds will only be considered if they are unused and YO1 Radio is able to re-sell the voucher. No refund is possible if you choose not to redeem the voucher.
  • The Voucher code is non-transferable.
  • Voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. No change is given.
  • Each voucher code is unique and only one voucher code will be accepted per booking.

  • Eden Camp has confirmed they are COVID compliant. Neither YO1 nor Eden Camp can accept responsibility for any changes or restrictions to the business due to COVID. Please check the Eden Camp website for any changes before your visit.
