Middlethorpe Hall & Spa is a stunning William III period country house, just two miles from York City Centre – but set in 20 acres of its own beautiful gardens and parkland.

Built in 1699, it was once the home of famous diarist, Lady Mary Wortley Montagu.

Today it really is the best of both city and country and is renowned for its excellent food, luxurious accommodation and boutique spa!

We've got a gorgeous THREE-COURSE SUNDAY LUNCH for TWO PEOPLE (including your mum, of course!) AND a RELAXING SPA TREATMENT for TWO.

Because all mums are special EVERY day, you can treat your mum whenever you like - so, even if you've already got plans for Mother's Day itself, you can still surprise her with this extra special occasion. You could even take mum for Sunday lunch one day - and then go back to this stunning location for a second time to visit the spa!

ENTERING IS EASY. Just fill in the simple for below. All we need is your name, your mum's name and some contact details. THAT'S IT. There's nothing to lose. No questions to answer either. Keep it to yourself though! Mum's the word!

We'll pick the winner on Friday 28th March - and we'll let the winner know in time for you to surprise mum by telling her about the prize on Mother's Day on 30th March. You can then decide when to head to Middlethorpe Hall & Spa for mum's treat!

Entry is via the online form ONLY.

Only ONE entry per mum. Multiple entries will not be included in the draw.

The prize on offer is a three-course Sunday Lunch for two people PLUS a 50-minute spa treatment for two people. Any additional guests, drinks or treatments are at an additional cost, subject to availability.

The prize(s) can be taken on a date of your choice, subject to availability.

Entries close at midnight on Thursday 27th March 2025. Entries received afterwards will not be included in the draw.

The winner will be chosen at random on Friday 28th March 2025 and the entrant will be contacted to make arrangements to take your prize.

No alternative prize is available and there is no cash alternative
