Appeal after three girls threatened in Haxby

North Yorkshire Police are appealing for witnesses and information about an incident that occurred in the Haxby area of York.

It happened on Kirkcroft in Haxby, close to the junction with Greenshaw Drive on Friday 13 September 2024 between 9:10PM and 9:25PM.

Three girls were threatened by a teenage boy who was riding a bicycle. Thankfully, they were unharmed, but were left shaken by the incident.

The police are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident. Officers are asking for anyone who has seen the incident or who has any information which will help the investigation to come forward.
