A FORMER chair of a football club near York has released a new children's book - after becoming interested in writing at a young age.

  The former TK Maxx site, which fronts onto Coney Street and Market Street, comes with a £5.5 million price tag – and is thought to be one of the most expensive properties marketed in York this year.
