This week on Jonathan Cowap's Morning Edition, we heard from Max Knight who has just made the England Lions Rugby League Under 16's squad.

Max hadn't been playing Rugby for long before he made the squad. He'd only been playing for 5 years before he got the call up!!!

He had to trial with 600 other young lads trying to get into the squad and made it into the final 20 man squad. 

He even missed his school ski trip for the trials!
