Each voucher entitles you to ONE half-price entry for an adult or child aged 5 to 15

YOUR VOUCHER(s) WILL BE SENT TO YOU AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. YOU WILL ALSO RECEIVE A SEPARATE EMAIL CONTAINING THE CODE(S) TO BE USED AT THE YORK DUNGEON ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM TO BOOK YOUR VISIT.

Vouchers and codes must be used to complete a booking by 31/07/24

Voucher codes are valid for entry up to 31/12/24 (subject to availability)
Voucher must be used online to make booking.
Vouchers cannot be processed in person at our admissions desk.
YO1 Radio will not be able to issue a refund if you do not attend for your booking for any reason.
The York Dungeon is recommended for children aged 8 and above, however, entry is at the discretion of the parent/guardian. The minimum child age to enter the attraction is 5 years old.
It does get very dark inside and there are lots of loud noises. Please be aware if you need to leave the attraction during a tour, unfortunately, your ticket/s will be non-refundable.
Children under 5 years old will not be permitted to enter the attraction.
