YOUR BOOKING CODE WILL ARRIVE IN A SEPARATE EMAIL. YOU WILL NEED THIS CODE TO BOOK YOUR VISIT ON THE EDEN CAMP WEBSITE BOOKING SYSTEM. YOU MUST BOOK IN ADVANCE.

BOOKING CODES ARE SENT AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE, USUALLY WITHIN 24 HOURS. HOWEVER, AT BUSY TIMES IT CAN TAKE UP TO 48 HOURS TO RECEIVE YOUR VOUCHER CODE. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS – EDEN CAMP FAMILY TICKET

This special voucher code offer is for a FAMILY TICKET, comprising two adults and up to 2 children. The normal retail price for this ticket is £53. Tickets for additional persons may be purchased at the time you redeem your voucher code online.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT YOU WILL NEED TO REDEEM YOUR BOOKING CODE ONLINE BEFORE YOU VISIT.  See below for further information.

REMEMBER, YOUR BOOKING CODE WILL ARRIVE IN A SEPARATE EMAIL. THIS WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU PROVIDED AT THE TIME YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER.

Please note the following terms and conditions relating to your Eden Camp Ticket.

• Voucher booking codes are valid for redemption from 23rd March 2024 to 3rd November 2024
• Voucher booking codes can only be redeemed against this specified ticket and MUST be redeemed online to be valid.
• The BOOKING CODE you need will be sent in a separate email. 
• You should also either print off a copy of your original voucher and take it with you or be able to show it on your mobile device
• Eden Camp is open to visitors from 23rd March 2024 and is open 7 days a week from 10 am until 5 pm.
• The last admissions are at 4 pm.
• All tickets are non-refundable once you have made your booking with Eden Camp.
• No refund is possible if you choose not to redeem the voucher or you cannot attend on the day of your booking.
• The Voucher code is non-transferable.
• Voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. No change is given.
• Each voucher code is unique, and only one voucher code will be accepted per booking.

HOW TO REDEEM YOUR VOUCHER USING YOUR BOOKING CODE

• Visit https://edencamp.digitickets.co.uk/tickets and place 1 family ticket “Family 2 + 2” In your basket and go to “select your session”
• Select your chosen date for visit in line with the validity dates of this voucher terms and conditions and click the “book” button
• Continue to your cart and on the right-hand side enter your full booking code into the area named Coupon code which will validate your Eden Camp family ticket
• Go to checkout and enter your details to complete your booking

• You may need to enter your booking code manually, rather than 'cut and paste' the code.
