Terms and Conditions

IMPORTANT: The half price vouchers are ONLY valid for entry to York Maze during the period between 13th – 21st July 2024 inclusive. The voucher is NOT valid at other times.

The voucher is for 4 people (age 3+). Children aged 2 and under are free but must be booked a place at the same time.

The half price offer is compared to the York Maze Standard Flexible ticket and includes the booking fee of £2.50

The tickets, once purchased are flexible but restricted to visits between 13^th – 21st July. You can change the date of your booking subject to availability and a £2.50 re-booking fee which must be done through the York Maze website with a credit or debit card. You can not re-book your date to one outside the promotional period (13 – 21 July). If you attempt to do so this will invalidate the ticket and you will lose the value of the ticket you purchased.

There are a limited number of tickets available each day, you are strongly recommended to use your voucher code to book early to avoid disappointment.

Admission is subject to the York Maze standard terms and conditions amended to reflect the restricted period of validity of 13^th – 21st July.

The Voucher codes expire and have no value after 3pm on 21st July.

No refunds or exchanges.

YO1 Radio voucher terms and conditions also apply. Each voucher code may only be used once and is not transferable.

How To Redeem

Once you purchase your voucher you will receive a confirmation email and invoice.

FOR THIS VOUCHER YOU WILL ALSO RECEIVE A SEPARATE EMAIL CONTAINING YOUR VOUCHER CODE

You should use this code to book your visit at the York Maze Website – www.yorkmaze.com. Select Advance Flexible Tickets and the number of tickets and date (13-21 July) you want to visit. Enter the code into the discount box as required and the amount (up to 4 tickets) due will be reduced to zero. You can also add free toddler tickets and additional entry tickets and pay any difference.

YOUR VOUCHER CODE WILL BE SENT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BUT, AT BUSY TIMES, THIS MAY TAKE UP TO 48 HOURS
