Voucher Terms and Conditions

This voucher is for a 60 minute Spa Ritual treatment for ONE person. If you wish to book for more than one person, you will need to purchase additional vouchers.

The Spa Treatment voucher can be used from MONDAY to THURSDAY until 21st March 2024. The voucher cannot be used on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, on Bank Holidays or on race days at York Races.

IMPORTANT: When you purchase your voucher, you will receive an immediate notification email but you WILL ALSO receive a separate email containing a gift certificate for use by yourself or as a gift to another person. THE GIFT CERTIFICATE INCLUDES DETAILS OF HOW TO BOOK YOUR SPA TREATMENT DIRECT WITH THE HOTEL.

IT MAY TAKE UP TO 24 HOURS TO RECEIVE YOUR GIFT CERTIFICATE, ESPECIALLY AT BUSY PERIODS
